About Us

We’re The Bike Route, and we’ve been a bicycle store here in Naples, FL, since 1982. We offer electric bikes, mountain bikes, bike service, and more. We started this business because of our love our cycling. We believe in greeting all of our customers and treating them like friends. Nothing makes us happier than being able to say that we help take someone who hasn't ridden in 25 years, to riding everyday. We’re looking forward to partnering with Collier and Lee counties to continue to offer a premier biking experience. What a complete bike shop! With the type of service you always want but never quite receive. It is hard to believe anyone could ever go wrong by coming to The Bike Route. Maybe I was fortunate to have the guidance of Marshall to take care of all my cycling needs. He made me aware of all the potential selections with perfect details of what to expect from the items I did purchase. Never a salesman, more of a teacher/instructor. As well as being knowledgeable he also possesses the ability to listen to your needs and meet them. Items they do stock are all of quality nature and competitively priced. I was visiting Naples and I called The Bike Route shop asking for a rush fix of my disc brakes. They said to come by so they could have a look. All other shops I had called told me 3-5 day turnaround. Not only did they fix my bike right away, they did so at no charge since it was an easy fix (but beyond my ability). Afterwards Marshall shared info about local bike routes for me to check out. Fantastic service, super friendly folks, and I highly recommend this shop. You'll be impressed.
